Duties

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming experience from arrival to vehicle pickup
• Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues using estimating software and service writing tools
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, emphasizing benefits and value to customers
• Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, and collision repairs to maximize dealership revenue
• Prepare detailed estimates for vehicle repairs using computer-aided vehicle damage estimating systems
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining high standards of client communication and service excellence

Experience

• Previous dealership experience or automotive service management background preferred
• Proven ability in auto estimating software and automotive diagnostics tools
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, brake repair, tire service, suspension work, shocks & struts replacement, transmissions repair, and collision repair processes
• Service technician experience or familiarity with automotive repair workflows is highly advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients
• Experience in upselling services and parts to enhance revenue opportunities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for client transportation if required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
