- Utilize QuickBooks for financial data entry, invoicing, and record reconciliation
- Perform clerical tasks including proofreading documents, word processing, and managing correspondence
- Support office management by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and coordinating front desk activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone and email to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with data verification processes by proofreading entries for errors and inconsistencies to uphold data integrity
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on data entry and clerical tasks
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and productivity software
- Prior experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
