Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Migration Lead to drive and manage Teamcenter data migration initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Teamcenter data models, migration methodologies, ETL processes, and migration tools. The role involves planning, executing, and validating large-scale data migration projects while ensuring data quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Teamcenter data migration activities.
- Analyze source and target data structures and define migration strategies.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand migration requirements.
- Utilize ETL tools and migration frameworks to extract, transform, and load data.
- Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and governance throughout the migration process.
- Identify and resolve migration issues, risks, and data inconsistencies.
- Develop migration plans, documentation, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to migration teams.
Required Skills
- 12 years of experience in Teamcenter/PLM environments.
- Strong understanding of Teamcenter Data Model and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data migration methodologies.
- Experience using Teamcenter migration tools and utilities.
- Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise migration projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Teamcenter upgrades and consolidation projects.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data analysis tools.
- Exposure to CAD and ERP data migration is a plus.
