Detailed Job Description:
- Provide production support for Oracle EPM applications including ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, service requests, and application performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis RCA for recurring issues and work with L3 team for implementing the fix.
- Troubleshoot data load failures, reconciliation issues, consolidation errors, and reporting failures.
- Support security, user provisioning, workflow, and approval process issues.
- Monitor and support integrations between Oracle ERP, EPM, and external systems.
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
