Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Lead with multiple implementation and support experiences, covering all modules of Oracle HCM. The primary responsibility includes interfacing with key stakeholders, owning end-to-end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, configuring the system, resolving issues, conducting unit and system integration testing, user training, and acceptance testing.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent experience), at least 10 years of relevant IT experience including Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and extensive experience in at least three modules among Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence. Knowledge of Extracts, Fast Formula, Integrations, and full SDLC lifecycle is required. Responsibilities include providing reports to project managers or clients, developing implementation plans, identifying functionality gaps, advising clients on options, leading CRP, SIT, and UAT, developing end-user documentation, and delivering training.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on functional and technical experience in Oracle, working experience with SQL queries, HCM Extracts, Integrations, production support experience in Fusion Cloud projects, strong communication skills, and experience working in a global delivery model with an offshore team.
