About the Role
As a Field Operations Specialist, you'll spend each shift visiting vacation rental properties to complete scheduled maintenance, inspections, and operational tasks using our mobile app.
No two days are the same. One property might need a smart lock installed, while the next requires replacing an HVAC filter, balancing a hot tub, troubleshooting a maintenance issue, or preparing a home for winter.
This is an independent contractor position with a consistent scheduled workload. You'll work independently, manage your assigned jobs, document your work thoroughly, and help identify opportunities to improve each property.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities may include:
- Complete scheduled maintenance and operational tasks
- Install and troubleshoot smart locks and other property technology
- Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries
- Change HVAC filters
- Clear clogged drains
- Balance hot tub chemicals
- Assemble furniture and install household items
- Winterize and de-winterize homes
- Shovel snow and maintain safe walkways
- Remove leaves and debris from entrances and outdoor spaces
- Pick up and return items left behind by guests
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues
- Perform routine property inspections
- Identify and report maintenance concerns before they become larger problems
- Help ensure every property is clean, safe, functional, and guest-ready for arriving guests

Requirements
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to travel between properties throughout the service area
Pay: $30.00 per hour
