Job Overview

We’re expanding our network of experienced commercial cleaning subcontractors and day porters to handle ongoing janitorial and facility maintenance contracts across South Florida.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine and detailed cleaning for offices, buildings, retail spaces, and common areas
• Handle daily janitorial duties including trash removal, restroom sanitization, floor care, and surface cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas, lobbies, and shared spaces
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Deliver consistent, reliable service that meets our high standards

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or day porter services required
• Operate as a registered LLC or business entity or be eligible to work as an independent subcontractor
• Active general liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
• Proof of workers’ compensation coverage or workers’ comp exemption
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Dependable and punctual
