Regional CDL-A Driver - No Experience Needed
Running area: Southeast
New drivers are welcome, with a chance to earn solid pay from the start while gaining valuable experience on dry van routes along the eastern seaboard. Solo drivers, experienced first-seat drivers and recent CDL grads are all encouraged to apply. Put your CDL to work, grow your skills, and take the first step toward a rewarding future in trucking.
Pay & Compensation
- Average pay: $1,350-$1,550 per week
- Estimated annual pay: $70,800–$85,400
- CPM: 60¢-75¢
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Average miles: 2,000-2,500 per week
- Guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
- Performance bonus plan
Home Time
- Home every two weeks
- Day and night shifts available
- Weekend work is part of the schedule
- Holiday work when needed
Freight
Haul dry van freight on routes up and down the eastern seaboard. Loads don’t go too far west, so you stay in the East. Freight is preload and drop-and-hook.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Pick up and deliver freight on assigned routes
- Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays and delivery updates
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Follow DOT, FMCSA and company safety regulations
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
- No special endorsements required
- No SAP participation
- No recent DUI or DWI
- Must live within 100 miles of Apopka, FL
