About the job From new product launch preparation to disease awareness across specialties, hospitals diagnostics systems establishment, competitive treatment choice, disease management projects as well as patient associations engagement, Rare Disease offers a unique development platform for anyone wanting to help patients, their families, and make an impact. Key accountabilities Collaborate with sales, medical and cross functional teams to get in-depth understanding of rare disease patients journeys, HCP environment, competitive landscape to prioritize sources of growth, develop brand strategy and tactics to drive resource allocation and business performance Responsible to design and lead the delivery of the brand operational plan on time and on budget through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders Take a key role in future pipeline, new product launch, business case readiness, including opportunity assessment, advocacy plan, and local data generation strategy, working closely with Medical, Market Access, KOLs Responsible to supervise the design and delivery of the Go-To-Market and Omnichannel tactics to meet strategic imperatives and provide enhanced customer experience. Support Marketing Manager and BU Head in building the annual budget, patient models, and managing monthly sales performance, forecasting exercises. Bring creativity and innovative tactics, projects, campaigns to differentiate and enrich customers engagement offering Build strong relationships with Taiwan national/global KOL and PAG to generate insights, drive strategy and generate projects ideas. Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, representing the local team to global franchise teams, to efficitvely communicate and convey local environment dynamics, brand strategies, and leverage resources. Occasionally requires evening calls with headquarters teams in US/EU Occasionally requires domestic and international travels, or week-end activities within local regulations Ensure Sanofi First , Customer First mindset in all projects undertaken by constantly seeking best efforts, cost effective solutions, but also by knowing when to challenge ourselves and recognize failures Ensure all activities operate in line with the Sanofi Code of Ethics and relevant policies Perform other duties as assigned by management. Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy. About you Education B. Sc. degree or above, with major in Health Sciences is a plus M. Sc. or MBA, is a plus Experience & Knowledge At least 5 year experience in Sales & Marketing in Top Pharma MNC is a must English and Chinese proficiency, with strong presentation and communication skills Experience in patient modelling and long term sales forecasting is a must Ability to interface with global stakeholders is a must Ability to provide guidance and support to sales force is a must Experience in new product launch is a plus Experience working with Medical, Market Access, Public Affairs, Patient Associations is a plus Experience in Speciality Care, and Rare Disease, Hematology, Neuro or Cardio as a plus Core Competencies/Skills Excellent written and oral presentation skills English and Chinese proficiency, with strong presentation and communication skills Ability to engage with cross-functions, sales, senior leaders, KOL, global headquarters, Patients Groups Project management and ownership Analytical and numeracy skills Strong powerpoint, excel modeling skills Strategic & Creative thinking Autonomny & Problem solving Team player & Leadership Why choose us?
