Main responsibilities: Content Development: Design and develop complex e-learning modules using advanced instructional design principles and methodologies. Project Management: Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate existing instructional materials and implement improvements to enhance learning effectiveness. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior instructional designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and learner needs. About you: Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Instructional Designing. Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality learning content. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Soft skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and a structured approach. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse, global stakeholders. Proactive mindset to identify challenges early and drive resolution collaboratively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams. Technical skills: E-learning Tools: Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline and Rise. Graphic Design: Intermediate graphic design skills to create visually appealing learning materials. LMS Administration: Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and troubleshooting. Multimedia Production: Advanced video editing and multimedia production skills to create engaging learning content. Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects is a plus.
