Main Responsibilities

• Design and perform experiments that generate critical insights for process development decisions.
• Use automated laboratory systems and high-throughput assays to efficiently evaluate process performance.
• Apply digital and AI-enabled tools to analyze data, uncover trends, and support scientific decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of analytical methods, workflows, and laboratory technologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address development challenges and advance therapeutic programs.
• Contribute technical expertise to the implementation of new automation and analytics capabilities.
• Share findings and recommendations that influence development strategies and manufacturing readiness.
  
  

About You

Basic Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related laboratory environment
• Academic or research experience will be considered.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with high-throughput assays, laboratory automation platforms (e.g., Tecan, Hamilton), and analytical instrumentation
• Demonstrated ability to design experiments, analyze data, and translate results into actionable scientific recommendations
• Proficiency with digital and data visualization tools for data analysis (e.g., SoftMax or similar software)
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently with guidance
