Main Responsibilities:
- The Global Medical Director will lead the development and implementation of cross-indication initiatives to support the successful launch of Amlitelimab (anti-OX40L) across disease areas.
- Develop and optimize highly efficient integrated Amlitelimab medical pre-launch strategy aligned with global framework and in support of execution in key markets
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to local Medical Affairs teams on launch preparation, educational, and training activities for Amlitelimab
- Be the interface of information from the Amlitelimab global medical team for all pre-launch activities and represent the countries in global forums to bring their perspectives
- Coordinate the launch excellence plans for Amlitelimab and oversee the timely execution of key launch activities
- Inform all major stakeholders of local unmet medical needs and facilitate appropriate evidence generation activities to address them
- Collect and report the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to pre-launch activities
- Lead and share pre-launch best practices between countries
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry or equivalent Dermatology related experience
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation
- Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with medical, global brand teams, market research, sales, managed markets, sales operations, business development, regulatory, research & development, manufacturing, finance and legal
- Analytic and synthetic capacity with the ability to understand and simplify
- Ability to chart a path and get from strategy to execution, successfully and quickly, amidst ambiguity and change
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline: MD, PhD, PharmD
- English
