Compliance Specialist II – 1st Shift

Pay Range: $34.00-$43.00/hour
Work Schedule: 1st Shift, Tuesday-Saturday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM EST
Location: Swiftwater, PA

Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Compliance Specialist II for a 6-month onsite contract in Swiftwater, PA.

Job Description

Perform audits necessary to ensure compliance of manufacturing procedures with in-house specifications and government regulations. Establish auditing requirements, quality standards, and test methods in accordance with regulations and relevant quality requirements.

Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance. Review documentation and complete inspections of returned goods. Interpret complex documentation to ensure quality standards and compliance.

Work under general supervision and contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Frequent internal company and external contacts. May represent the organization on specific projects.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3-6 years of relevant experience

• Previous Quality Assurance experience with an understanding of basic quality functions

Additional Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word

• Experience reviewing documentation for quality and compliance

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to interpret detailed documentation and follow established quality procedures

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work with quality documentation and tracking systems, including QualiPSo and Ops Tracker
