If you're curious, analytical, and eager to make a difference in a dynamic international setting, this is the team for you. --- Main Responsibilities • Support Sales Force projects, including KPI implementation and sales dashboard development • Analyze commercial and marketing performance using internal and external data, prepare regular KPI reports, and identify opportunities for business improvement • Manage the order administration process, monitor order status, and prepare regular reports • Prepare and present analytical and data-driven materials for management and internal teams • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other internal departments to ensure effective cross-functional coordination and project execution • Coordinate training activities for sales teams focused on effective use of data, reporting, and analytical tools • Drive the improvement and digitization of the end-to-end process from order to delivery for vaccines with key stakeholders • Support the implementation and ongoing monitoring of Sanofi Vaccines governance processes --- About you Education: • Currently enrolled in a university program in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, IT & Analytics, or a related field Technical skills: • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to work with external datasets for reporting and business analysis Soft skills: • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Proactive, self-motivated, and communicative personality with strong analytical thinking Languages: • Full proficiency in Czech or Slovak language and in English is a must --- We offer • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a well-established multinational pharmaceutical company • Exposure to an international environment and collaboration with multiple departments across the organization • Part-time contract (DPČ) – up to 80 hours per month • Flexible working hours --- Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
