Nature Of Duties
- Machine & Mold Setup
- Install molds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, time), and connect auxiliary equipment.
- Process Monitoring & Adjustment
- Monitor runs, make real-time adjustments to maintain quality, and document changes.
- Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve issues with machines, molds, materials, or processes to prevent defects.
- Quality Control
- Inspect parts for defects, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.
- Maintenance
- Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and report needed repairs on molds and equipment.
- Safety & Housekeeping
- Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout) and maintain a clean work area (5S).
- 2 Year Technical Degree or Enrolled in a technical class or equivalent related experience plus 2 years experience as a Manufacturing Technician.
- Must have a strong electrical aptitude with the ability to work with vendors and suppliers.
- Strong and appropriate influencing skills and flexible work ethic is important.
- CAD Platforms. Solid Works, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, Pro Engineering
