Job Purpose
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities
Salary Range(annual): $43,680 - $54,080 ($21 - $26 / hourly)
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.

Nature Of Duties/Responsibilities
- Must have at least 2 years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration
- Must be able to read and understand the color code and components ID.
- Ability to work under a microscope when required.
- Manual dexterity skills.
- Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.
- Previous knowledge (one year) of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.
- Be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds.
- Be able to work during weekends & flexibility time if needed.
