At this time, SCI is recruiting highly qualified candidates whose background and career goals meet our needs for the following position in Huntsville, AL. Please note that due to Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.
Program Administrator
Responsible for all administrative aspects of the program. Works closely with the Program Managers and with various departments to meet program delivery goals. Communicates with operations personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met. Updates databases. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
Nature Of Duties
This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen.

Nature Of Duties
- Read and understand a variety of Purchase Orders
- Maintains direct contact with operations personnel to ensure positive relationships are maintained and customer expectations are met
- Provides reports to the Program Manager as requested
- Receives customer requests and prepares documents related to processing returns (RMA).
- Updates databases
- Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.
- Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
- Excel, Oracle knowledge a plus. Microsoft skills required.
