Sanmina is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to temporarily support the Plant Manager. The role requires a proactive professional who can balance traditional administrative duties with the technical demands of a data-driven environment. We are looking for a tech-savvy Administrative Assistant who loves a clean spreadsheet as much as a perfectly managed calendar. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys turning messy information into organized, actionable data, this is a position for you.

Nature Of Duties Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details.
- Maintaining and updating master spreadsheets.
- Creating weekly/monthly reports using pivot tables and vlookup/xlookup to summarize large datasets for management.
- Data cleaning. Standardizing messy data (removing duplicates, reformatting dates or splitting strings)
- May coordinate messages, appointments, and information to callers.
- Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments.
- May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
- Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of MS Office experience especially Excel
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- New College Grad Preferred.
- Strong MS Office experience especially Excel
- Good communication skills.
- High attention to detail and time management.
- Must be an organized individual.
