Fabrication Operator 

Job Purpose:

Perform Operation of Excellon & Hitachi Drill machines, PCB X-Ray equipment, Laser drill and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment in Drill area in PCB facility.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:

Candidate must be able to run NC routing equipment both in manual and automatic mode and be able to make necessary scale and step changes when required. This position will require experience in Fabrication, Planarization and Lamination and Drilling. Must be experienced in using measuring devices (micrometers and dial calipers) and or scopes to measure the line width, spacing, cut-outs, routed features and overall product sizes of the product being processed.

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of 2-5 years experience in the Drilling and routing operations is required.
• The candidate must have good verbal, writing and reading/communication skills
• Must understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.
• Previous working experience in the lamination operation also required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be available to work overtime.

Salary Range (annual) : $43,680.00 - $49,920.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
