Location Details:
The primary practice site for this position is our Windy Hill office. The selected Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will work primarily at this location but should have the flexibility to provide coverage at our Duclay office when operational needs arise. This occasional support helps ensure continuity of care within our Jacksonville region and strengthens collaboration across our clinical teams.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in Jacksonville (Regency), FL. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioners) or Physician Assistant Studies

Current and active Florida license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Current DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
