Operations Manager - Cleaning & Restoration Services

SaniCare, an Albuquerque-based cleaning and restoration company with over 42 years serving the community, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our growing service divisions.
About the Role:
You'll manage a diverse crew across two distinct service lines: our daytime residential and commercial periodic services carpet cleaning, restoration, specialty cleaning crew and our evening janitorial/commercial cleaning team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with good time-management, quality control, and client relationships across multiple crews and shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise evening janitorial crews servicing commercial accounts
- Manage daytime residential and commercial periodic service teams (carpet, upholstery, restoration, etc.)
- Recruit, train, and retain cleaning technicians
- Step In to help on and with jobs when short-handed
- Conduct quality control inspections and respond to client concerns
- Coordinate with facility/property managers on contract accounts
- Manage supplies, equipment, and vehicle logistics
- Ensure safety and IICRC-standard compliance on restoration jobs
- Handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute service needs
Qualifications
- 2 years supervisory experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facilities services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple crews across varying schedules (evenings days)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not required
- IICRC certification a plus, or willingness to obtain
