Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian/Maintenance Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment across our facilities. This role is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize clinical areas, including patient rooms, bathrooms, and waiting areas
- Perform routine maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, minor repairs)
- Conduct inspections to identify cleaning or maintenance needs
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Prepare facilities for meetings and special events
- Respond promptly to maintenance or emergency service requests
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and maintenance procedures
