Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for a Weekend On-Call Nurse to provide exceptional care and comfort to our patients in hospice and home health.

What We're Looking For:
Current Colorado Nursing License
Strong clinical and communication skills
Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care
Experience in hospice and home health preferred.
Ideal Candidate
To ensure timely response to patient needs, the ideal candidate will reside in La Junta or within a 15-minute drive of La Junta.

· Competitive Salary - $65,000-$70,600 per year
· Mileage reimbursement of sixty-two and a half cents per mile

Requirements
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· A valid non-restricted RN license in the state of Colorado is required.
· Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license.
· Flexibility and availability to work a weekend schedule if needed.
· At least 1 year of home health or hospice experience preferred.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,600
