What You’ll Do:
· Be our go-to expert on CMS, state, and federal regulations.
· Lead policy development, internal audits, and training programs.
· Turn data into action—analyze, report, and drive continuous improvement.
· Serve as the primary liaison for surveys, audits, and accreditation reviews.
· Champion clinical education, performance improvement, and compliance culture.
· Lead a dynamic team including quality, credentialing, training, and medical records staff.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
· 2 years of compliance or regulatory experience (healthcare preferred).
· A strategic thinker with top-tier communication and leadership skills.
· Proficient in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and all things detail-oriented.
· Bonus points if you know your way around CHAP and Medicare CoPs.
Salary : $73,500 - $85,000
