Your Role:
- Provision and configure telecommunications services and solutions for customers accurately and efficiently
- Verify customer orders and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and correct
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to confirm service requirements and timelines
- Diagnose and resolve provisioning issues, ensuring a smooth deployment process
- Maintain and update internal documentation and records related to provisioning activities
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and services
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance provisioning processes and workflows
Your Background:
- 1-3 years of experience in a provisioning, configuration, or similar role within the telecommunications or technology industry
- Understanding of telephony concepts and technologies is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using provisioning tools and CRM systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members
