- Build relationships with doctor's patient base
- Build insurance plans
- Understand basics of clinical treatment to better explain treatment diagnosed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient needs promptly and effectively.
Experience
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
