Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator - Dental Office

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience required
- Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to delivering excellent care
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and computer systems
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and ensure they feel welcome and valued
- Manage patient scheduling and accounts with efficiency and professionalism
- Provide billing support and assist with dental claim tracking and resubmissions
- Explain payment options clearly and professionally to patients
- Process claim adjustments and address billing issues
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
