We provide financial support for RESPA-compliant co-marketing agreements, desk rentals, and growth initiatives with qualified partners.
Stable Income Upside
We offer a $40,000 base salary plus tiered bps compensation , along with health insurance reimbursement , designed to create stability while rewarding production and growth.

Requirements: Active NMLS license in North Carolina and/or Georgia Currently producing or recently active in mortgage origination Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to operate in a structured, accountability-driven environment
