Are you a proven sales leader who thrives at the intersection of technical services and complex industrial markets? We are conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Sales to transform and scale a national commercial function.
This is not a typical sales leadership role. Success here means:
- Aligning sales, estimating, and operations to deliver on high-stakes industrial projects.
- Building vertical go-to-market strategies in hydro, government, and steel/metals sectors.
- Driving accountability through CRM adoption, KPI rigor, and team coaching.
- Partnering with executive leadership and a private equity board to integrate newly acquired divisions into a unified team.
Ideal Background
β 10 years of sales leadership in industrial or engineering services (field-based, project-driven).
β Proven track record leading distributed sales teams with P&L accountability.
β Technical fluency β able to challenge assumptions and bridge sales with operations.
β Experience integrating sales teams in private equity-backed acquisitions is a plus.
Salary : $200,000 - $240,000
