A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Plant Controller to oversee financial operations for two production facilities in Central/Northern Michigan. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all plant accounting, financial reporting, and cost analysis for two facilities (approx. $60M and $10M in revenue).
- Partner with plant and corporate leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Ensure compliance, internal controls, and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Lead and develop a small accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
- 5 years of experience as a Plant Controller, Assistant Controller, or Public Accountant auditing manufacturing clients.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-plant environment preferred.
Compensation:
- Up to $160K base salary 10% bonus
- Excellent benefits and long-term growth potential.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
