Regional Controller

A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Regional Plant Controller to oversee financial operations for two production facilities in Central/Northern Michigan. This role offers strong visibility, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all plant accounting, financial reporting, and cost analysis for two facilities (approx. $60M and $10M in revenue).
• Partner with plant and corporate leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Ensure compliance, internal controls, and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Lead and develop a small accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
• 5 years of experience as a Plant Controller, Assistant Controller, or Public Accountant auditing manufacturing clients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or multi-plant environment preferred.

Compensation:

• Up to $160K base salary 10% bonus
