Accounting Manager
We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a large, multi-entity organization. This role will oversee key accounting activities, including cash reconciliation, general ledger activity, internal controls and staff supervision. The position will also partner across Accounting, Treasury and other finance teams to improve processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting and reconciliation activities
- Ensure accuracy between bank, general ledger and subledger activity
- Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
- Manage intercompany activity and account reconciliations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Supervise and develop accounting staff
Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting or a combination of public and private accounting experience
- CPA required or actively working toward completion
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong GAAP, financial reporting and reconciliation experience
- Strong Excel and financial systems skills
- Healthcare and multi-entity experience is a plus

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
