Responsibilities include maintaining a professional demeanor, effectively addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed business goals. The representative will play a key role in fostering customer loyalty and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and effectively.
- A commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction and an ability to build positive customer relationships.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
