**Location** MN, Bemidji **Specialty** Vascular Surgery **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** * Join our vascular surgeon in an established and growing practice * Our Heart and Vascular department consists of interventional, general and EP cardiologists along with 6 APPs * 3 cath labs and 10 ORs * Practice: surgical, procedures, clinic and hospital * Experienced support staff - nursing and technology team * Noninvasive services: vascular ultrasound, ABI, Echo, Stress echo, nuclear cardiology, TEE, CCTA * 5 general surgeons and 2 podiatrists * 2 hyperbaric chambers * 118 bed hospital, 14 bed ICU * Level III trauma center **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $516,690 - $668,658 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
