**Location** MN, Thief River Falls **Specialty** Psychiatry **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Psychiatrist to join its multi-specialty, group practice in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. * Outpatient practice with call and potential for inpatient in the future * Become part of an established mental health program of 100 diverse and talented team members. * In-patient unit * Residential treatment facility for mentally ill adults and mental health treatment for children * Four-county outreach program for adults * Adult work therapy program and community-based services for children and families. * New 16 bed state of the art inpatient psychiatric unit opened in 2015 * Thief River Falls qualifies as a HPSA **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $287,249 - $371,734 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
