**Location** MN, Thief River Falls **Specialty** Pediatrics **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Health is currently seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join the region's largest team of board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists at its Thief River Falls, Minnesota clinic. * Full time clinic practice with 16-20 patients a day * Hospital call, rounding and newborn nursery * Shared 1:5 call with Family Medicine providers * Medical center is a spacious, modern 65,000 square foot facility * Over 30 specialty services offered * Brand new, $60 million, critical care access hospital * More than 600 Sanford Health employees and 36 physicians work within the community * Thief River Falls serves as a regional health center to a mostly rural population of 75,000 **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $237,634 - $307,527 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
