**Location** MN, Bemidji **Specialty** Pediatrics **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Health is currently recruiting for a Pediatrician in Bemidji, MN * Join a team of four ambulatory Pediatricians, two Child Psychiatrists, and one Child Psychologist * Ambulatory practice, Monday-Friday - No Call * Typical patient load is 15-20 patients per day * Outreach services from Sanford Fargo include Pediatric Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Allergy * Hospital covered by Pediatric Hospitalist team * Average daily pediatric census: 2.5 * Level II nursery * Five OB/GYN Physicians - 800 deliveries per year * Excellent referral relationship with NICU/PICU and Pediatric sub-specialty support from Sanford Children's in Fargo **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $237,634 - $307,527 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
