This position offers exceptional collegial support, a collaborative multi-site Women’s Health network, and the ability to build a robust practice within a comprehensive, team-based oncology program. * Join a deeply supportive care team including 13 Ob/Gyns, genetic counselors, CNMs, psychologists, and nurse navigators guiding patients from diagnosis through survivorship. * Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards with experienced Surgical Oncology colleagues. * Engage in clinical research through GOG, supported by a strong clinical trial portfolio within the Roger Maris Cancer Center. * Access a well-established robotic surgery program with advanced technology and OR support. * Opportunities for regional outreach to serve women across the upper Midwest. **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. **About this Community** As a thriving city with a small-town feel, Fargo and the adjacent metro area is a diverse, family-oriented community.
