- Employed Physician Model
- Smooth transition of Physician-to-Physician hand-offs
- 7 on/7 off schedule; 14 shifts/month
- Hours: 12-hr block shift
- Weekly Rounder and Admitter Shifts
- Energetic Group & Supportive Administration
- Average 16 patients per physician, per day
- EMR is EPIC throughout all Sanford locations
- Teaching opportunities for medical students and residents
- No procedures required
