(GI experience with competency in colonoscopies/scopes preferred) * Great provider and nursing team environment, multi-specialty clinic with easy communication and consult * 20 local providers in practice with many specialty providers from tertiary center readily available * Medical center is a spacious, modern 65,000 square foot facility * 25 bed critical care access hospital * Thief River Falls serves as a regional health center to a mostly rural population of 75,000 * Over 30 specialty services offered * More than 600 Sanford Health employees and 36 physicians work within the community * Level IV trauma center **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $442,782 - $573,012 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
