**Location** MN, Bagley **Specialty** Family Medicine **Visas Accepted** N/A **Practice Details** Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bagley, Minnesota. * Join a team of two physicians and three APPs * Traditional practice (outpatient and inpatient) * Call is 1:3 - hospital inpatients (mainly phone calls) * Clinic is nearby to Sanford Bagley Medical Center, a 25 bed critical access hospital * Average hospital inpatient census - 6 * Annual ER volume - 3,200 * Remote support - social worker, IHT and RN case manager * On-site services include: -EKG, X-ray, CT, PT/OT, cardiac rehab, chiropractic, laboratory, stress tests, eye service, IV infusion, psych * Outreach from Bemidji - sleep, bariatrics, dermatology, mobile mamo, MRI, OB **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
