Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We seek a strategic, communicative, and compassionate physical therapist who will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions limiting their ability to move and work, improving their quality of life by alleviating pain and enhancing physical function.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and delivers physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
• Documents patient information for evaluation, educates patients and family members about treatment plans/schedules, and demonstrates documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meets all regulatory requirements.
• Analyzes and records the therapeutic progress of patients; recommends necessary adjustments and follows guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures in the therapy process.
