Collaborate with market leaders and enterprise colleagues to develop operational, clinical and financial strategies and initiatives, monitor and report progress, and support appropriate action plans to achieve both market and enterprise goals. Apply advanced technical knowledge of finance, along with external market practices to solve highly complex challenges. Provide leadership and strategic direction for the business operation and development, implementation and control of financial strategies that maintain and enhance the financial strength of the enterprise. Responsible for market financial planning and accounting practices, business plans, financial goals, and action plans to achieve those goals Ensure the fiscally responsible delivery of safe, high-quality health care in accordance with the enterprise mission, vision and strategic goals. Must possess a thorough knowledge of industry trends, along with current regulations and issues in health care. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, health care administration or a related field required. Master's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of ten years of management experience in a health care environment required. Minimum of five years of senior management experience preferred.
