Work independently with minimal direction on day-to-day work. Determine own methods and approaches when following established, standard processes and manage own work priorities and timelines for own work. Works with business stakeholders to understand and analyze objectives, underlying issues and business case, and facilitate scoping and business prioritization. Investigates business needs, problems, and opportunities consulting stakeholders as appropriate. Owns and manages functional and nonfunctional business requirements, ensuring traceability across stakeholders. Analyzes requirements to ensure they are fit for purpose and adhere to business objectives and consistency, challenging positively as appropriate.
