Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% in office, not hybrid / remote)

Salary range: $120k - $150k base, depending on experience

Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee day-to-day people operations and help support organizational growth, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. This individual will work closely with leadership to develop and implement effective talent strategies while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead core human resources functions including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compensation administration, benefits coordination, and policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs, workforce planning initiatives, and long-term succession strategies.
  • Guide managers and employees through sensitive personnel matters, investigations, accommodations, performance concerns, and policy interpretation.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional, leadership, and exempt-level positions.
  • Support and mentor HR team members while helping prioritize departmental workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with performance management processes, employee coaching, and professional development initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, retention, and career growth programs across multiple departments.
  • Evaluate market trends related to compensation, incentives, and employee benefits to help maintain competitive practices.
  • Ensure company policies and HR procedures remain aligned with applicable employment laws and industry standards.
  • Maintain awareness of changing regulations and emerging HR best practices.
  • Participate in internal compliance reviews and documentation audits.
  • Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including programs related to workplace safety and substance testing requirements where applicable.
  • Partner with senior leadership on training initiatives, leadership development efforts, and organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Handle employee corrective action processes and separation procedures in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as needed.


Leadership Responsibilities

  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training HR personnel as needed.
  • Help oversee daily departmental operations and workflow management.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to staff members.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and conflict management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment practices, labor regulations, and HR compliance standards.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and HR management platforms.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, technologies, and processes.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Prior experience in an HR leadership or generalist capacity required.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are considered a plus.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
