Position Details

- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: 4-day work week with no nights, weekends, or holiday hours!
Sanford Animal Hospital is a busy, team-focused small-animal practice dedicated to providing compassionate care for our patients and exceptional service to our clients. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, positive work environment where teamwork and communication are key. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Veterinary Receptionist (CSR) to join our front desk team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our clients and ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones and manage multiple lines efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
- Check clients in and out, including processing payments
- Maintain accurate client and patient records in our system
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, estimates, and follow-ups
- Support the medical team by relaying messages and coordinating care
- Help maintain a clean and organized front desk area
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience with EzyVet or similar software is a plus
