Build trust, deliver value, and drive growth as an Outside Sales Rep
Reports to: Director of Sales
Territory: Exeter NH, Derry NH, Raymond NH
Eligible for: 2026 Outside Sales Commission Program
Compensation: Base Salary $52,000 Uncapped Commission $650 Monthly Vehicle allowance
Schedule: Full-time | Exempt
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will build relationships, win new business, and drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding targets. This is a results-driven role where your success directly impacts your earnings and territory growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Prospect and develop new business through calls and in-person visits
- Grow sales within your assigned territory
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
- Promote current programs, products, and services
- Track activity, leads, and opportunities in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and profit goals
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
- Partner with store teams to support customer success
- Assist with collections on past-due accounts when needed
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Outside sales or automotive experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a quota-driven role
- Organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic technology
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle acceptable insurance coverage
Work Environment
- Field-based role with daily local travel
- Mix of customer visits, prospecting, and store interaction
- Flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Drive regularly for customer visits and sales calls
- Stand, walk, and move throughout the day
- Bend, reach, and handle product as needed
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Ability to see, hear, and communicate clearly
