Position: Outside Sales Representative
Location: Nashua, NH & Salem, NH - In Territory
Salary: $800 per week Uncapped Commission Potential $650 Monthly Allowance
Reports To: Director of Sales
Experience Level: Auto Parts Experience Preferred /B2B Sales Experience Preferred

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers across Nashua & Salem
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by providing solutions that keep our customers rolling
- Collaborating closely with our stores and inside sales teams to ensure smooth service
- Visiting customer sites, promoting product lines, and identifying growth opportunities
- Staying organized and consistent with follow-up, territory management, and CRM use
Who You Are:
- A natural connector who enjoys talking with people and building long-term partnerships
- Quick-moving, responsive, and energized by change and variety
- Respectful, professional, and process-oriented — you take pride in doing things the right way
- Comfortable working independently, but love being part of a team that has your back
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in B2B sales or the automotive/heavy-duty parts world is a plus
- A clean driving record and a willingness to travel within the territory daily
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through – CRM experience preferred
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for problem-solving
