Parts Lead Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day to day operations of the parts department with the help of the Parts Manager.
- Managing, ordering, and restocking parts while monitoring inventory systems to avoid shortages.
- Cooresponding with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing returns.
- Assisting customers in finding the right parts, offering technical advice, and maximizing sales.
- Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment and enforcing company safety policies.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
Parts Lead Requirements:
- Experience preferred in working with Ford and / or Lincoln products.
- Must complete a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to be on your feet majority of the work day.
