We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise.
- Provide knowledgeable information about products and services.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves as needed.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is a plus.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, including bilingual skills being an advantage.
- A proactive approach to upselling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain stock levels and store presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
