This opportunity is open only to individuals who currently hold a valid U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level (NATO Secret) or possess an active DoD Secret/TS clearance and are eligible for NATO Secret indoctrination.
Engagement will be under a 1099 / Business-to-Business (B2B) contractual arrangement — not a W-2 employment position. Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented training coordinator with experience supporting large organizations, preferably within defense, NATO, or multinational environments. They excel in managing training pipelines, databases, scheduling, and communication with diverse stakeholders. They bring strong administrative discipline, data accuracy, and a customer-service mindset, ensuring staff receive the training required to fulfill NATO mission objectives.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of induction and onboarding training for newly assigned personnel.
- Identify, schedule, and manage staff training opportunities across multiple NATO training facilities (NETFs).
- Consolidate seat bids and support allocation of course quotas to internal branches.
- Assign training requirements to individuals and ensure accuracy in reporting systems.
- Track training completion status, deadlines, and seat utilization; release unused seats before financial liability.
- Conduct newcomer in-briefs and assign initial training requirements.
- Maintain the Annual Training Plan and all training signup lists via SharePoint and Excel.
- Create internal training event materials, including information books.
- Maintain HQ SACT Quick Reference Guide and manage calendars for training rooms.
- Publish training announcements using WordPress and internal messaging platforms.
Required Experience & Education
- Nationality of one of the NATO member countries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 3 years working with a Training Management System.
- 3 years administering SharePoint webpages.
- 3 years using WordPress for content posting.
- 5 years using Excel for database management.
- Experience coordinating training pipelines and scheduling in an office administrative environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for briefing staff and business stakeholders.

Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
